Hi, I’m Samantha, but most people call me Sami. I’m a proud First-Gen Latina, born and raised in Austin, Texas. At 22, I’ve carried the responsibility of being a role model for my siblings. A weight that has shaped me into someone who leads with purpose, resilience, and heart.

I believe strategy is at its best when it’s tied to purpose. For me, advertising isn’t just about polished campaigns. It’s about uncovering insights, shaping narratives, and building strategies that connect with people in ways that last.

Curiosity is what shapes who I am. If I hadn’t rescued the first dog I saw, I wouldn’t have gone on to save the many animals I have today. And if I hadn’t joined Boston University’s Community Service Center, I wouldn’t have discovered how powerful volunteering could be. Not just for myself, but for the BU community and Boston neighborhoods we served. Those moments taught me that following curiosity opens doors to meaningful impact, and it’s the same mindset I bring into strategy.

At the heart of it all is the little Mexican girl who grew up dreaming big, sketching ideas, and believing that voices, especially underrepresented ones deserve to be heard. That spark became my passion for strategy, advocacy, and creating work that matters. It’s what grounds me in every project: to design campaigns that don’t just reach people, but move them.

I thrive on collaboration, turning messy brainstorms into clear strategies and authentic ideas. Resilience and empathy shape how I work, but commitment to impact shapes why I work.

For me, it’s never just about creating. It’s about making people feel seen, valued, and connected.
